Wings: arriva l'antologia definitiva della band

Il 7 novembre 2025 è in arrivo "WINGS", l'antologia definitiva della band personalmente supervisionata da Paul McCartney. La raccolta ripercorre la storia di una delle band con maggiori vendite di tutti i tempi: "Mull of Kintyre" è, ad oggi, il primo singolo nel Regno Unito a vendere più di due milioni di copie.
McCartney formò la band nel 1971 con la moglie Linda McCartney e il chitarrista Denny Laine dopo lo scioglimento dei Beatles. Nel corso di un decennio, la band pubblicò sette album in studio unendo sperimentazione musicale e fama mondiale.
L'antologia contiene gli intramontabili successi internazionali "Band on the Run, "Live and Let Die", "Jet" e "Let 'Em In".
"WINGS" è pubblicato in diversi formati, tra cui la splendida edizione limitata in 3LP colorati, una vera e propria capsula del tempo contenente una moltitudine di immagini e musica per i super fan della band, fino alle versioni da 1cd e 1LP per coloro che iniziano ad approfondire questa fase dell’incredibile carriera di Paul.
Tutti i formati fisici sono accompagnati da un booklet che include un'introduzione di Paul. Le edizioni 3LP e 2cd includono un libretto di 32 pagine con fotografie, dipinti, curiosità e informazioni sulla band. L'artwork di "WINGS" è stato supervisionato insieme a McCartney da Aubrey 'Po' Powell di Hipgnosis, l'iconico studio di design che ha lavorato con Paul per sette album degli Wings.
